Après 900 kms de route et de bouchons arrivée vers 19 h en même temps que d autres personnes. Je m entends dire par la propriétaire je n'ai pas de contrat à votre nom !
Or le contrat a été signé le 25 octobre 2021 et les arrhes encaissées le même jour. Les autres personnes avaient un contrat signé du 29 novembre pour la même période ! Ça frise l escroquerie. Apres une situation tendue j'ai refusé de céder la place avec deux enfants de 19 mois.
Le lendemain avec quelques mots d excuses aucune ristourne proposée ?! Inutile de vous préciser que je trouve cela inadmissible. je ne recommande pas cette location.. ou alors méfiance. Car malgré deux contacts téléphoniques la semaine précédent notre arrivée nous ne nous attendions pas à un tel revers.
