Appart'City Classic Blois, located in the city centre between the Loire River and the train station, is 350 metres from the castle and close to many shops and restaurants.

Appart'City Classic Blois offers you furnished and fully-equipped apartments for 1 or 2 people with warm and sophisticated living areas where you will find comfort, welfare and relaxation. Apartments include a functional kitchenette, a living area with a sofa bed or 2 separated beds, table and chairs, desk, telephone and TV. Breakfast is composed of various breads, including gluten-free bread, pastries, fresh and hot beverages. Fresh fruit and fruit salad, as well as cheeses and yogurts are also provided.

Breakfast is served from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 9:30, and on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from 8:00 to 10:00, for EUR 9.50 for adults and EUR 4.50 for children under 12 years old.

End-of-stay cleaning is included for stays of up to 3 nights. For stays up to 27 nights, the rate includes weekly housekeeping. Housekeeping service is provided on a biweekly basis for stays longer than 28 nights. Additional housekeeping service is available at an additional cost.

For non-refundable stays, once the reservation is made, you will receive an email with a link allowing you to make the payment online. For stays of 7 nights or more, an email will be sent to you after booking to temporarily pre-authorise a certain amount on your credit card.

The establishment's new opening hours are as follows: Monday to Friday: 8:00 to noon and 15:00 to 20:00; on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays: from 8:00 to noon and from 14:00 to 17:00.

A surcharge of EUR 15 applies for arrivals before 15:00. All requests for late arrivals are subject to confirmation by the property.
A pre-authorization of 250 EUR can be made for all reservations.

A security deposit of €250 is required upon arrival. It must be paid by credit card. The refund should be made on the day of your departure. The security deposit will be fully refunded to your credit card, provided no damage has been noted by the property.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
