Apartments of the Marques

Apartments of the Marquês have self-catering accommodation located in the central area of the Portuguese capital. The Lisbon property has modern and comfortable apartments at a 9-minute walk from the Marquês do Pombal Square and its well-connected Metro station.

All units include a fully-equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. The heated units also include a flat-screen cable TV, free WiFi, washing machine and a living room with a sofa. Some apartments also include a balcony and views of the city and garden. One apartment has a private pool.

Guests are welcome to prepare their own meals in the units’ kitchens, equipped with microwave, refrigerator, toaster, cutlery and coffee machine. Some units also include an oven, stove and barbecue facilities. Several local restaurants are also available within a 10-minute walk from the apartment, serving the traditional fish-based dishes of the region.

The modern and carefully decorated apartments are a 9-minute walk from the city centre, with its many shops, boutiques and cafés. It is an 8-minute drive to the Bairro Alto nightlife hotspot, with its many bars and cafés. The historical Chiado area is a 9-minute drive and it is an 11-minute drive to Belém.

It is a 13-minute drive to the Lisbon International Airport. The Picoas Metro station is 500 metres away and the nearest bus station is just a 2-minute walk

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children up to 3 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

A deposit via bank transfer is required to secure reservation. Apartments of the Marques will contact guests with instructions after booking.
Please note that the Apartments of the Marques does not accept credit cards, and all payments made at the property, including the security deposit, must be made by Wire transfer.
Please note that only public parking is available. Payment for the parking can be done at the machine or online.
Only the Apartment with Terrace and Pool includes a pool. The pool is private for that apartment.
Late check in after 9PM until Midnight : 40€ and 50€ after midnight.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
