Cards accepted for booking
The credit card holder’s name must match the guest’s name, and the card must be presented at check-in.
Prepayment will be charged to the credit card, and for security the resort may request a signed authorization form with a passport copy.
For Suite bookings on 31st December, a compulsory New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner applies at THB 1, 00++ per adult and THB , 50++ per child (5–11 years), with children 0–4 free and 12 years and above charged as adults.
A 100% non-refundable deposit, including room, gala dinner, service charge, and taxes, is required.
Villas and Suites are for holiday use only; events or functions exceeding the booking capacity require prior approval and coordination with our Events Team.
