Private heated poolOld tobacco dryer typical of the Dordogne, completely renovated in 2021, ideally located in the golden triangle of Périgord Noir.
This gîte has its private garden and heated 10 x 4 meter swimming pool. It is located in our 3 ha estate "Les Temps des Sources", surrounded by nature and with our pond and its beach.
Castelnaud-la-Chapelle at 3.5 km, Château des Milandes at 5 km
The 130 m² cottage has 3 bedrooms with 160x200 beds. 2 bathrooms with shower and WC.
On the ground floor there are toilets as well as a storeroom.
Large living room with American kitchen.
The cottage has its private garden, wooden terrace of 80 m² and outdoor covered pergola dining area of 20 m².
The cottage is located on our estate where we live and offer guest rooms. The entire area is accessible for you to relax in and is shared with our B&B guests.
The 10 meter x 4 meter swimming pool is heated from the first day of the Easter school holidays until mid-October.
Swimming pool with protective curtain which must be put in place in case of absence for safety and to maintain the water temperature.
The pond and its beach are shared with our B&B guests and are accessible from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Children must remain under adult supervision when they are in the common areas of the estate and at the pond.

"Très bon séjour dans un très bel endroit"
Ancien séchoir très bien rénové et décoré avec goût.
La literie est très confortable et la cuisine très bien équipée.
Nous avons passé deux semaines de détente dans ce bel environnement au calme.
Les propriétaires sont accueillants et très sympathiques, nous gardons un bon souvenir de nos échanges.
Gîte au top, allez-y les yeux fermés !

"Idéal pour se ressourcer !"
Des vacances au grand calme, en pleine campagne, dans un logement impeccable, très confortable et spacieux, au coeur d'un immense jardin. Des hôtes bienveillants mais ultra discrets, au top ! Nous aurions bien aimé y passer tout l'été, pas du tout envie de rentrer !
Tout cela en plein coeur du Périgord noir, à deux pas de nombreuses activités !
Notre seul regret ? Que la table d'hôte annoncée sur le site ne soit plus à l'ordre du jour.
