Private heated poolOld tobacco dryer typical of the Dordogne, completely renovated in 2021, ideally located in the golden triangle of Périgord Noir.
This gîte has its private garden and heated 10 x 4 meter swimming pool. It is located in our 3 ha estate "Les Temps des Sources", surrounded by nature and with our pond and its beach.
Castelnaud-la-Chapelle at 3.5 km, Château des Milandes at 5 km
The 130 m² cottage has 3 bedrooms with 160x200 beds. 2 bathrooms with shower and WC.
On the ground floor there are toilets as well as a storeroom.
Large living room with American kitchen.
The cottage has its private garden, wooden terrace of 80 m² and outdoor covered pergola dining area of 20 m².
The cottage is located on our estate where we live and offer guest rooms. The entire area is accessible for you to relax in and is shared with our B&B guests.
The 10 meter x 4 meter swimming pool is heated from may first to the end of september.
Swimming pool with protective curtain which must be put in place in case of absence for safety and to maintain the water temperature.
The pond and its beach are shared with our B&B guests and are accessible from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Children must remain under adult supervision when they are in the common areas of the estate and at the pond.

"Séjour parfait en Dordogne"
Superbe location, que nous recommandons vivement pour son calme, sa propreté, sa situation géographique, ses propriétaires,... !
Tout y est de très bon goût et tout a été pensé pour le confort des locataires, même avec des enfants en bas âge.
Dommage que les températures automnales nous aient empêchés de profiter de la piscine, mais nous avons néanmoins bénéficié du jardin privatif, qui est top aussi !

Ancien séchoir très bien rénové et décoré avec goût.
La literie est très confortable et la cuisine très bien équipée.
Nous avons passé deux semaines de détente dans ce bel environnement au calme.
Les propriétaires sont accueillants et très sympathiques, nous gardons un bon souvenir de nos échanges.
Gîte au top, allez-y les yeux fermés !

"Idéal pour se ressourcer !"
A very quiet holiday, in the countryside, in impeccable accommodation, very comfortable and spacious, in the heart of a huge garden. Friendly but ultra discreet hosts, the best! We would have liked to spend the whole summer there, we didn't want to go home at all!
All this in the heart of the Périgord Noir, a stone's throw from many activities!
Our only regret? That the table d'hôte advertised on the site is no longer on the agenda.
