Anantara Qasr al Sarab Desert Resort

Serenely set within the Liwa Desert, this secluded retreat with stylish desert castle décor offers a breathtaking panorama. It also features an outdoor pool, spa and a gym.

Qasr Al Sarab’s accommodation features luxury fibres and earthy hues. All rooms have sliding glass doors opening to a terrace with desert views. They offer a deep soaking bath, rain shower and a pillow menu.

The hotel’s Desert Excursion Centre organises camel treks, dune bashing and desert walks. The Anantara Qasr Al Sarab also offers a tennis court and a kid’s club for younger guests.Added activities include horse riding, archery and mountain biking,

After a day of desert exploration, the outdoor pool surrounded with sun loungers and palm trees offers refreshment. Alternatively, guests can enjoy a relaxing massage at the Anantara Spa or try the authentic hammam.

Anantara’s Al Waha restaurant serves fine Arabic cuisine, while food at the Suhail is French inspired. Light meals are served at Ghadeer restaurant, featuring an island setting accessible via bridges.

This desert resort is a 2-hour drive from Abu Dhabi and offers free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Pets are not allowed in the establishment.
Children of all ages are welcome.
Children from 5 to 11 years old stay for 420 € per person per night when sleeping in an existing bed.
Children up to 4 years old (inclusive) stay free when sleeping in an available crib.
Extra beds or baby cots are only available upon request and need to be confirmed by the property.
Supplements are not automatically calculated in the total amount of the reservation on the site and must be paid separately directly with the establishment.

Cards accepted for booking
For stays over 31 December, there will be a compulsory Gala dinner supplement of starting from AED , 50 per adult and AED 825 per child (6-11 years). When booking 9 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Please note the property does not accept drones onsite. Credit cardholder must match guest name or provide authorization. Children are not allowed to stay in Royal Pavilion Villas.
