Agriturismo La Roverella

The washing machine is not located inside the apartment but in the very close courtyard, available to all guests. The cost is € 4 per use, one is free for those who exceed 7 nights.

Towels are changed free of charge every 7 days, sheets every 13 days. Anyone who wants to change them before the days run out will have to pay a surcharge.

All accessories such as toilet paper, soap, garbage bags, oil, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, sponges, etc. are not replicable.

It is strictly forbidden to leave lights, fans , air conditioning on when you are not in the house. A surcharge will be charged based on the waste made.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
