Facing the courtyard side, it has no noise pollution. Located on the pedestrian square, opposite the covered market, it is 300 m from the beach.
Everything is done on foot, the ocean, restaurants, all the shops and bike rentals 100m away... We no longer touch the car.
This studio is very bright with its two large sliding windows. The kitchen is fully equipped, wifi induction hob, TV.
Regarding hygiene: Please provide 1 90cm duvet cover for the single bed as well as a fitted sheet and a pillowcase, the same for the 140cm bed.
No surfboards can be stored in the entrance to the building or in the apartment.

Arriving from Mimizan-bourg to Mimizan-plage via the D626. At the roundabout, take the Océan/Plage sign. At the Leclerc roundabout, continue straight ahead, passing the Tourist Office on your left. Continue along the road as it turns left towards Plage du Courant/Plage Sud. There are two free parking lots right there: one on the left and one on the right. Park and walk to the Market Square. The entrance to the "Les Vagues" residence is located between the Baya ready-to-wear boutique and the Moroccan restaurant Chez Samy.
