Table footballCome and relax in the countryside in Gonfreville. We rent a cottage that can accommodate 6 to 7 people.
This old renovated barn of 90m² is composed of:
- 3 bedrooms: 1 on the ground floor (bed 160x200), 2 upstairs (bed 160x200 and 2 single beds 90x190), an extra folding bed and an umbrella bed on request.
- a bathroom: 1 shower equipped for people with reduced mobility, sink, washing machine, hair dryer
- a WC equipped for people with reduced mobility and one upstairs
- a 40 m² living space: equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, senseo coffee maker), a dining area and a lounge area with TV and Wi- Fi. Possibility to lend a high chair (subject to change).
- a closed courtyard: terrace with garden furniture, parasol, 4 deckchairs and barbecue.
Shops are located 7 km away.
You will be able to discover the landing beaches and its museums (Utah Beach, Sainte Mère Eglise, Caen Memorial etc ...)
For gourmets: Fromagerie Réo (Lessay), Isigny caramels, the biscuit house (Sortosville en Beaumont).
For young and old: Forest Adventure (St Sauveur le Vicomte), l'Ange Michel (St Martin de Landelles), Festyland (Carpiquet), Souleuvre Viaduct with bungee jumping, Tyrolean, etc ..., Bayeux Adventure, Alligator Bay, Cité de la Mer, Mont Saint Michel.
Take advantage of the beaches to rest or for fishing on foot from Agon-Coutainville to Barneville (the nearest 18min).
For walkers and hikers: Lac des Bruyères (12min), lake in Saint Martin d'Aubigny (14min), Sentier des Douaniers (or GR223).
Admire the different landscapes of the Cotentin marshes with wooded paths, from the cliffs of La Hague to the large sandy beaches.
Discover the Channel Islands (departing from Granville, Barneville or Diélette) or Tatihou Island in Saint Vaast la Hougue.
There is always something to do in the Channel!

"Un super gite"
Avons séjourné du 7 au 13/10/2022. Le gîte est vraiment spacieux, rien ne manque. Tout est neuf et vraiment très propre. De plus les propriétaires sont vraiment très accueillants et disponibles. Nous le recommanderons sans hésiter et y retournerons si pnous le pouvons

"Super gîte et séjour plein de belles surprises"
Le gîte est vraiment top, tout est neuf, super propre, facile et bien organisé. Il est situé au cœur du Cotentin ce qui permet d'aller aussi bien sur les sites du débarquement, qu'à Cherbourg, Barfleur ou qu'au mont Saint Michel. Et très prêt du gîte vous trouverez à Lessay, une super fromagerie, Reo, où vous découvrirez les secrets du vrai camembert. En fait, du gîte vous pouvez tout faire, visites, plages, gastronomie, et comme il est situé en pleine campagne, vous y serez au vrai calme pour un repos de qualité.
Et merci aux propriétaires pour leurs douces surprises à l'arrivée et à la qualité des équipements qu'ils mettent à notre disposition, allez-y sans hésitation !
