It overlooks the Caribbean Sea and offers sunsets, each more spectacular than the last.
The villa is equipped with the latest NEFF household appliances.
Barbecue, pizza oven, fresh water fountain, American fridge, and various other appliances such as a crepe maker, a waffle maker, a blender, a Sodastream, a Thermomix, a yogurt maker... complete the list.
All rooms are air-conditioned and have their own bathroom and toilet.
The pool is equipped with an alarm for young children.
The Blue Paradise subdivision is located in a secure and peaceful area.
The only disturbing noises are the songs of the reinettes, these very small frogs.
It is not uncommon to see egrets and iguanas in the garden.
Two of the most beautiful beaches on the island are within walking distance of the Villa, Friar's Bay and Happy Bay. They are appreciated for their privacy, clear waters, white sand and natural beauty.

Before arriving in Grand-Case, at the Fanélite point of sale, take the path on the left onto rue de Friar's Bay Voie 2. Go 800 meters to the last roundabout. When you have come back down from Mont Choisy, turn right.
The accommodation is on the left, the third villa with a wrought iron gate.
