A l'Ombre du Tilleul - Maison campagne, proche Tours et Loches

Located in a small hamlet in the heart of the Touraine countryside, 30 minutes from Tours and Loches, this pretty old house dating from the beginning of the 19th century and named "A l'ombre du Tilleul" was completely renovated in 2019 with charm and welcomes all year round 6 people and a baby. This place is a real cocoon where everyone feels at home, where it is pleasant to spend time with family, to rest under the lime tree or on the sofa, or to enjoy the outdoors.

On the ground floor, you will find:
- a large living space with equipped kitchen area, dining room and living room with TV, box channels and Netflix and pellet stove
- a bathroom with shower and WC
- a laundry room with washing machine, dryer

On the 1st floor overlooking the countryside:
- 3 bedrooms, two with 160 x 200 bed, one with 140 x 200 bed.
A cot is available in the largest bedroom
- a bathroom with shower and WC

Outside, a large terrace with garden furniture will allow you to enjoy the magnificent view of the countryside.
Well-behaved pets are welcome (dogs only). The garden is completely fenced.

The entire house is at your disposal, with the exception of the shed.
You can park several cars in the enclosed interior courtyard.
