If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours of the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his apartment.
b) if the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.

End of stay cleaning fee: €100
Free baby equipment: a travel cot, a chair for meals and a baby bath.
Heating package (pellet stove + electric radiators) applied during the heating period: €14 / day

The week between 500 € and 1050 € according to period.
Excluding services and tourist tax.
Reservation only from one week, be careful in high season (July and August) reservation only from 15 days from Saturday to Saturday.
