The house consists of:
- on the ground floor of a 20 m² dining room with lounge area opening onto a 15 m² veranda with sea view, an independent kitchen, WC on the ground floor.
- upstairs :
. 1st bedroom of 25 m² with balcony overlooking the sea with 1 double bed
. 2nd large attic bedroom of 25 m² with 2 single beds and 1 double bed (beautiful sea view)
. Bathroom
The house is not on the seafront but on the street that directly accesses the beach.
On request, loan of baby equipment (baby bed, high chair, bath, changing table, etc.)
Leisure on site: pony club, sailing club, tennis

"Belle maison lumineuse"
Un accueil chaleureux.
Une charmante maison située à 100 mètres du front de mer au calme.
A 10 minutes à peine en voiture du petit port de pêche de Courseulles-sur-mer où vous trouverez de très bons produits frais du jour.
Tout est réuni pour passer un agréable séjour en famille.

"Idéalement situee"
Maison confortable où rien ne manque. Sa situation en bord de la plage est idéale et est le point central pour ceux qui désirent faire les plages du débarquement et des musées. Elle est également proche de Bayeux et des grands sites touristiques comme Deauville, Trouville et Honfleur.

"Pour passer un agréable séjour !"
Nous avons passé une semaine dans cette maison que nous avons loué, les propriétaires sont très accueillants (Petit panier de bienvenue). La maison est très fonctionnelle , il ne manque rien , la véranda est très agréable pour y prendre le repas. Bien située , à 100 m de la mer que l'on peut voir depuis la maison.
Je recommande cette location.

"Avis séjour"
Maison confortable, décorée avec goût. Équipement parfait, à proximité de la plage. Nombreuses possibilités de randonnées. A 100 mètres de la plage... Au milieu des plages du débarquement ! Très bon accueil des propriétaires.
Nous avons réservé de suite pour l'année prochaine.
