At the crossroads of Touraine, Anjou and Sarthe, in the heart of the Loir Valley,

A stone's throw from the Zoo de la Flèche and the Château du Lude, we welcome you to the site of an old water mill.

We provide you with 3 individual gîtes that can accommodate 12 people in total:

The Martin Pêcheur lodge (3 people), the Pic Épeiche lodge (5 people) and the Nid de Straw lodge (4 people).

Do you want to bring together your friends and family for a moment of relaxation surrounded by nature in a calm and protected environment, or organize an internship?

We suggest you rent all of our 3 gîtes and thus benefit from the privatization of all spaces.
We have an annex room allowing you to all gather around the same table.

We have a total of 9 beds spread across our 3 gîtes (9 individuals or 12 people including 4 couples) and an annex room allowing the organization of your courses or seminars.
Three options are available to you:
1. You bring what you have prepared and purchased. We take care of setting up and doing the dishes for a fee of 6 euros/person.

2. You delegate evening meals to us: 18 euros to 26 euros / adult depending on the service, and from 7 euros to 18 euros depending on the age of the children. (only for people occupying the cottages

3. You are a maximum of 9 people and you can meet in the Pic Épeiche gîte and operate in complete autonomy
