Les Régniers are two neighboring stone gîtes in the countryside, joined by a common courtyard.
Gite 24 with 2 bedrooms and a dormitory can accommodate 8 people, it is ideal with children. Gîte 33 has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed for 4 to 6 people. Both houses are equipped and decorated with care so that you feel like you are in a family home.
In fine weather, you can sit in the courtyard, or enjoy the separate garden with semi-buried above-ground wooden swimming pool (7x4m, depth 1m40), pétanque court, and leisure equipment.
Beds are made upon arrival, and 1 towel provided per person. Cleaning is included (under normal conditions of use of accommodation).
We want the place to be calm, and parties are not allowed there.
Private parking spaces are dedicated to the gîtes (4 cars maximum).
Located between Gironde, Dordogne and Lot-et-Garonne, the region offers multiple cultural and sporting activities.
Vineyards, castles, hiking, canoeing, golf, gastronomy… there is something for everyone!
We live on the same property and are therefore available to provide information throughout your stay if necessary.

ARTICLE 5- cancellation by the tenant: Any cancellation must be notified to the owner by email or post with acknowledgment of receipt.
Full refund if canceled up to 30 days before arrival.
The deposit remains with the owner in the event of cancellation between 30 and 16 days before arrival.
If the reservation was made less than 30 days before arrival, full refund for any cancellation made within 48 hours of booking and at least 15 days before the date of arrival.
No refund if the cancellation occurs 15 days or less before the scheduled date of entry into the premises.
If the tenant does not appear within 24 hours following the date of arrival indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his accommodation and the balance remains acquired.
If the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.
