Possibility of parking 2 vehicles, bicycles, motorcycles in the garden in front of the house and relaxing in the back courtyard (closed and not overlooked) while enjoying the sun.
Well behaved animals accepted.
Smokers refrain from entering the house and please manage cigarette butts in the yard.

Très belle maison bien situé dans le Crotoy dommage que les volets des velux ne fonctionne plus pour l'électroménager c'est top 👌 à part la gazinière qui chauffe trop au début plats brûler après on a trouvé comment s'en servir si vous la changer vous serez à 100% pour l'électroménager pour le reste c'est nickel
