You will have access to the entire accommodation, which includes a terrace with breathtaking views of the Vienne Valley, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are arranged in a row.
Here, you can enjoy tranquility and disconnection, and for optimal comfort, we offer high-quality bedding. The house spans 4 hectares, part of which is entirely preserved to encourage biodiversity.
It is a haven of peace where you just have to cross the woods to reach the village and its small shops (bar-restaurant, local products). The banks of the Vienne also offer a supervised swimming area throughout the summer, with facilities for children and a nearby guinguette. A summer festival takes place every Friday, with free concerts not to be missed. Many hiking trails, fishing, Eurovelo 3, canoeing, mini golf all within walking distance.
Futuroscope is 50 minutes away, Poitiers is 40 minutes away, and the Val de Vienne circuit is just 15 minutes away. Many other amusement parks are within a distance of 15 to 45 km.
Everything is included: bed linen, towels, tea towels, household products, cleaning, and tourist taxes. All you have to do is enjoy your stay!

When you come from the village the house is located on the road towards Persac, Lussac-les-Châteaux, the D25.
When you pass the sign at the end of the village, you will see the first house called La Barde, which is also a place name. Then there is a slight turn to the left with a security barrier, which is the next path with small white barriers marked La Barde. You enter, the house is at the end of the path.

"Déconnection pleine nature !"
Quelques jours en famille on a pu déconnecter et profiter de la super grande terrasse avec une vue incroyable. C est confortable, calme on sent qu'il y a une histoire authentique derrière. L'accueil est au top, et Carole est au petit soin. Je recommande !

"Charming home with spectacular views"
We stayed here with another family and had a really fantastic time. The house and its location overlooking the beautiful valley and Vienne river is such a rare and unique find we felt very spoilt and lucky to be there. If you rented something similar in the UK you’d easily pay triple, if not more!
Trips to the surrounding picturesque countryside just added to our relaxation. And we also had a great time visiting local picturesque villages, eating delicious French cuisine in the local restaurants, as well as kayaking and swimming at the river beach just a 15min walk away.
We would not hesitate to recommend or return! Thank you! 😊

"EXCEPTIONNEL"
Nous avons passé un super séjour en famille chez Marie. Tout était parfait , la maison est magnifique , on s’y sent dessuite apaisé et la literie était d’un autre monde ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
