Close to shops (bakery 50 m away), hiking trails and the greenway.
You are less than 10 minutes from the A6 motorway.
Bike rental nearby.

The house is located on a one-way street. It is composed of:
- on the ground floor: a living room with fitted kitchen of 27 m². A sofa bed with a 140x190 cm mattress. A bedroom of 7 m² with a 90x200 bed (hotel quality) and a small dressing room. A toilet completes this level.
- an inter-level (open space) with fiber access office and a relaxation/sleeping area: pouffe convertible into a 90x190 bed (real mattress).
- upstairs: a shower room with WC. A 16 m² bedroom with a 180x200 bed (hotel quality) and dressing room.
A travel cot is available.
Bath and household linen provided at no extra charge.
Courtesy tray with Nespresso capsules, tea, sugar, etc.
Free parking on the street 50 meters away.
Motorhome parking 700 meters away.

"Bon rapport qualité prix"
Le seul inconvénient est la place pour se garer dans la rue qui n'est pas forcément disponible a proximité. Sinon tout est parfait.

"Maison de charme idéale pour escapade en Bourgogne"
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la maison d'Isabelle.
La maison est très charmante avec du cachet et elle est également super bien équipée. Vous ne manquerez de rien ! Gros plus sur la propreté et sur la literie qui est vraiment très confortable.
La maison se situe dans un petit village charmant avec plusieurs commerces (boulangerie, boucherie, épicerie, restaurants etc.) et à deux pas de Chalon-sur-Saône et de la route des grands crus. Il n'y a pas de place de parking avec la maison mais il est très facile de se garer dans Givry.
Isabelle a été réactive et soucieuse du confort de ses locataires.
Nous recommandons sans hésiter ce logement pour un séjour en Bourgogne :)

"Juste parfait"
Logement extrêmement calme et bien placé. Nous étions 3 collègues pendant 1 mois et demi et franchement, il n’y a rien à dire à part que c’était parfait. Machine à laver, cuisine, four, vaisselle, la fibre, literie au top !
