Le Clos des Voisins, un affascinante cottage di campagna, vi accoglierà in un'atmosfera dolce e naturale per un soggiorno tranquillo con la famiglia o gli amici.

I vicini chiusi, è una casa di campagna di 120 mq ristrutturata con cura e pensiero per non farti mancare nulla. Pronti ad accogliervi per un soggiorno sereno e confortevole.

- vi accoglierà un ampio soggiorno inondato di luce, per vivere momenti di relax e convivialità in famiglia o con gli amici

- la cucina si apre su un ampio terrazzo, affacciato sul verde, calma e relax al suono del canto degli uccelli, quanto basta per ricaricare le batterie!

"Très agréable séjour"
Nous effectuons depuis quelques années plusieurs séjours en Champagne. Et nous avons trouvé avec ce gîte une belle adresse de séjour. La qualité du gîte et l'accueil reçu ont contribué à la réussite de notre dernier séjour.

"Superbe gîte cosy et confortable"
Nous avons passé un un excellent séjour au Clos des voisins.
Le gîte est confortable, décoré avec charme et bien équipé. Il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait, notamment pour notre bébé (lit, chaise haute, jouets...)
Nous y sommes allés pendant la période de Noël et la maison, décorée pour l'occasion avait une ambiance très chaleureuse. C'était l'idéal pour passer de bons moments en famille.
Les 3 chambres sont spacieuses et les lits très confortables.
Marion nous a très bien accueilli et était disponible pour toutes nos questions.
Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

"Un gîte parfait pour se reposer"
Un endroit parfait pour être en famille et au calme. Le gîte est très bien équipé et dispose même de jouets pour bébé. La décoration est très jolie et Marion nous a même décoré la maison pour Noël. Nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille. Le gîte est également assez proche de Reims et d’autres villes. Il est possible de visiter plusieurs domaines de production de champagne à 30min de route. Mon gros plus : la literie est GÉNIALE ! Ça a été très confortable, j’ai dormi comme un bébé !

"Zalig weekend!"
Wij verbleven met 2 koppels gedurende 2 nachten. Het was zo goed meegevallen dat ik meteen een nieuwe boeking geplaatst heb!
Het enige 'nadeel' is dat de restaurants in de buurt op zondag gesloten zijn. Dus best hiermee rekening houden als je je verblijf boekt. Maar wij hebben dan maar lekker zelf gekookt in de mooie, volledig uitgeruste keuken van die leuke huis.
Het is een echte aanrader!
PS: voor de honden is er ook een omheind tuintje, super leuk!

"Beautiful comfortable and super clean"
Stayed for three nights with 5 adults toddler and baby, super clean and comfortable cottage with all you need to have great self catering holiday. Nice and quiet area, big garden where kids can play, comfy beds of good quality and very friendly and accommodating host. Highly recommended place to stay for a visit to the Champagne region.

"Fantastic experience"
Absolutely delighted with my stay at this charming gîte in the heart of the Champagne region! From the moment I made the reservation, everything was flawlessly organized, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Upon arrival, I was immediately struck by how impeccably clean the house was. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment. What's more, every possible amenity one could need for a short stay was thoughtfully provided, from kitchen essentials to a washing machine, iron, towels and cozy linens.

The owners truly went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Their warmth and friendliness made the experience all the more memorable. Not only were they incredibly accommodating, but their quick responses to any inquiries or requests were greatly appreciated.

I cannot recommend this gîte highly enough. Whether you're planning a romantic getaway or a weekend escape with friends, this is the perfect place to stay in the Champagne region. You'll leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already planning your next visit!

"Séjour très réussi"
Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans la maison de Marion. Nous étions 5 adultes, 1 bébé et un enfant de 3 ans. La maison était tout simplement parfaite ! Trois chambres spacieuses, deux salles de bains généreuses, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une belle terrasse,... Nous n'avons manqué de rien. De plus, la maison était d'une propreté impeccable du haut en bas. Une délicate attention nous attendait dans le réfrigérateur à notre arrivée :-) L'emplacement est également idéal, avec un accès rapide à Epernay, Reims, Ay,... et tant de maisons de champagne dans les environs. Pour nous, c'est une adresse à retenir, nous y retournerons certainement !

"Super maison"
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison. Tout est propre, neuf et fait avec goût. La literie est très confortable, l’espace extérieur est agréable et en prime la propriétaire est très gentille. Rien à dire à part merci et on espère à bientôt !

"Superbe week-end"
La maison est spacieuse, lumineuse et très agréable avec une terrasse ensoleillée. Rénovée avec beaucoup de goût vous ne pourrez que passer un excellent séjour. Espace intérieur, décoration, literie… tout est parfait ! Merci beaucoup 😊

"Excellent"
La maison est superbe, complètement rénovée avec beaucoup de goût. La propriétaire est magnifique, très gentille. Tout à était simple et parfait. Je recommande 100% et on y reviendra bientôt
