Garden fenced on all sides, secure private parking, you are in the heart of the old village.
Grocery store, bakeries, restaurants, are two minutes walk away. Quiet location, pedestrian streets.

The house is spacious on one level, very cool in summer.
- pets allowed, garden, doghouse but not in the apartment please
- smokers have access to the covered terrace in the garden but not in the apartment please
- the bedding is of good quality and the sheets are maintained by a professional laundry (except for the butterfly bed)
- the apartment is completely cleaned and always remains vacant for 24 hours between two rentals

Caux is a medieval village located in the vineyard, the sea to the south 25 km, the mountain to the north 10 km and the vineyard all around you.
Oysters, the fish market, our olive oils, our goat cheeses and our wines. I know where my favorite places are, don't hesitate to tell me everything, mountain spring water, just help yourself, it's the best!
Sun 300 days a year hiking, cycling or horse riding (on request)
