Small furnished house of 42 m² on one level for 2 people near the town of Clion. 8 km from the center of Jonzac, 9 km from the thermal cure, 10 km from the aquatic center "Les Antilles"
Spacious, comfortable and fully equipped, it consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom (140 bed), a bathroom (walk-in shower - washbasin - wc), a storeroom of 5 m² that can be used as a bike room. Outside, garden furniture, two deckchairs and a barbecue with a private garden with trees.
Location :
- 300 meters from a "le pédalo" leisure base with on-site catering (open from May to mid-September).
- 1 hour from La Rochelle, Royan, Angoulême and Bordeaux.
- 45 min from the first beaches (Meschers sur Gironde)
- 35 min from Saintes, Cognac, Blaye.

On your GPS “CLION 17240 / 18 chemin de la boissarde” you will arrive at the gate, otherwise stay on the main road and take the private driveway a little further.
From BORDEAUX by motorway: exit N° 37 towards Mirambeau then Pons by the D 137. Go straight to Saint Genis de Saintonge without following the GPS indications.
From PARIS by motorway: exit N° 36 towards Pons and Saint Genis de Saintonge.
In Saint-Genis-de-Saintonge at the roundabout take the D2 towards Jonzac.
After 3.3 km turn left towards Clion.
Pass the level crossing, cross the village, after the cemetery stay on the main road and take the private driveway on the left, the gîte is the 1st house on the right and our house is on the left.
From JONZAC take the D134 towards Clion. After "garreau" take the 1st left on the D 150 to the private driveway on the right (do not follow the GPS)

"Très satisfaite"
Je suis extrêmement satisfaite du gîte de la seugne. Vous y êtes au calme, très bien situé, vous y trouverez tout ce dont on peu avoir besoin en cure. Le calme, la sérénités, et surtout la gentillesse des propriétaires. Personnellement, je recommande. J’y ai passé un très bon moment. Merci pour votre accueil.
