Wooded and flowery park with football and badminton pitch to share. Also on the property a trampoline, a slackline and a ping-pong table. Heated outdoor swimming pool open from mid-May to the end of September.
Spa to share (daily 30 min spa session included in the rental, additional session at the rate of €10/30 min).
On the ground floor of the gîte, large room with fitted kitchen, lounge area, sofa, coffee table and television. Separate WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with a large 160 cm bed, the other with 1 90 cm bed and 2 90 cm bunk beds.
A bathroom with shower and sink.
Private outdoor terrace with garden furniture.

"Gite du Manoir"
Séjour très très agréable au domaine des Tilleuls.
Nous avons logé dans le beau gîte du manoir. Très calme. Piscine, spa, grand espace de jeux pour enfants et grands! Terrain de pétanque. Un Broyé du Poitou comme cadeau de bienvenue ! Julie, la hôte est vraiment accueillante!

"Séjour d une semaine"
Gîte très familial,accueil chaleureux et à l’écoute,Tout est parfait, nous avons passé un très très bon moment. Très bien équipé. Domaine bien équipé,piscine et spa très bien organisé. A proximité du futuroscope,ce qui agréable ! Grand merci à vous tous👍
