Welcome to the house of Vignes, a peaceful place to recharge your batteries with family or friends. 20 minutes walk from the center of Embrun, the train station and 20 minutes by car from the ski resorts (Les Orres, Réallon, Crévoux). This spacious house of 118 m² with garden can accommodate 6 people.

Cleaning and linens are not included. FIBRE, dishcloth, sponge, shower gel, shampoo, cleaning and basic necessities products, toilet paper included.
The house is located in a quiet residential area on a dead-end street.

A stone's throw from it, you can walk in the forest and go to the Sainte Marthe torrent (ideal for a digestive walk or for dogs). 1 private car park and 2 public car parks (traffic, camper van).

You enter through a hallway, where you will discover 2 bedrooms, one with a balcony overlooking the lake and the mountains, a bathroom with WC.

On the ground floor, a spacious bright room opening onto the south-facing terrace with barbecue, deckchairs, garden table and chairs. A living room with a fireplace, pantry/laundry room. A bedroom with its terrace and a shower room with WC.

On the first level, an entrance with closet and 2 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with balcony with a 140 X 190 bed, 2 bedside tables, 1 desk and a view of the lake
- 1 bedroom with 2 90 X 190 beds which can be joined together to make a 180 X 190 bed, 2 bedside tables, 1 desk, 1 library area and child's chair.
- A spacious bathroom, bathtub, sink and toilet, heated towel rail.
On the ground floor:
- a spacious and bright living room with fireplace opening onto the south-east facing terrace, equipped with a sofa bed, coffee table, TV, a large table with 4 chairs and bench, dresser, fiber.
- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and Senseo, basic necessities (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee, sugar, herbal teas and tea),
- a laundry room and pantry equipped with a washing machine
- a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 X 190 which can be joined together to make a bed of 180 x 190.
- A spacious bathroom, shower, sink, toilet.

A south-facing terrace where you can relax with a view of the mountains, barbecue, 2 deckchairs, garden furniture and table for dining.

For babies: baby bed, changing mat, high chair, bath ring and seat, toys and books available.

Dish towels, sponge, household products, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, herbal tea, sugar are provided free of charge.
