In a family property of one and a half hectares in the vineyards of one of the renowned wine-growing villages of Sancerre, Crézancy-en-Sancerre, we offer you to rent on an independent and walled plot of 1500 m² of gardens, orchard, vegetable garden, terraces, an independent Berrichonne house of more than 190 m², 4 bedrooms (including a double with mezzanine), 10 adult beds (6 beds) + 2 baby beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate WCs.
Access to the pool area is available from April to October.
The HPS Sancerre secure domain on 1.5 hectares offers you around its Swimming pool area equipped with wifi 3 different houses in Seasonal Rentals:
We are pleased to welcome you since 2019 in the HPS Happy Petit Senais Gîte of 190m2 on a plot of 1500m2 enclosed by walls. The cottage created in 2019 in a Berrichonne house you will be able to appreciate its exceptional view, its absolute calm and the safety of your children on the 1500m² collar walls.
4 bedrooms, 6 beds, 10 adults, 2 cots and 1 high chair available.
All the equipment of the cottage dates from June 2019, for its opening in July: new bedding of superior quality, very soft bed linen in Percale 80grs Linvosges and towels provided, the beds are made on your arrival, sheets and bath towels. spares are provided on a weekly basis for stays of more than one week on request.
Household appliances, crockery and kitchen equipment (SEB, robots, Nespresso coffee machines, kitchen utensils, etc.) Charcoal BBQ, Klarstein gas BBQ on request.
2 cots, 1 mattress and 1 high chair available to young parents!
Garden furniture (tables, armchairs, acacia deckchairs, parasols).
The 2 tables in the 41 m² living room can be fitted out following requests for this summer: 1 75x150 table + 1 77x125 and 77x200 oval table with 2 extensions: to accommodate by combining the 2 tables up to 12 to 14 people!
On the large landing on the 1st floor, a games room has been created with 2 tables and about fifteen new board games, toys for children complete this space.
We will welcome you and can guide you in your discovery of the vineyards of Sancerre, Pouilly, Menetou-Salon and their history. You can taste these famous wines accompanied by the famous crottin de Chavignol.

"Un séjour très agréable et rafraichissant"
Nous sommes arrivés dans le gîte pour profiter du cadre avec deux autres couples amis, nous avons pu tele travailler et profiter de l’espace et des vignes. La piscine est très agréable. Les propriétaires étaient très chaleureux et à l’écoute.
Logement très propre avec beaucoup d’installations. Draps bonne qualité.

"Un séjour au top !"
Un gîte super avec un jardin clôturé magnifique et très agréable. Une super vue. Très calme. Nous étions 5 adultes et 6 enfants et nous étions plus qu’à l’aise dans le gite. La literie est ultra confortable.
Des hôtes très accueillants et sympathiques. Ils donnent de très bons conseils gastronomiques et touristiques.

"Superbe gîte dans le Sancerrois"
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour au mois d'août 2020 dans ce superbe gîte au milieu des vignobles. Pascale et Didier nous ont gâtés à notre arrivée avec du vin, des fromages, des oeufs etc... Le gîte est très bien équipé, la literie impeccable (grands lits confortables - ce qui est rarement le cas dans d'autres gîtes). Le jardin, superbement fleuri, est grand avec une douche solaire, très appréciable lorsqu'il fait chaud. Un potager est à disposition. Les tomates et les salades 100% bio sont succulentes. Petit plus également pour ceux qui ont des enfants: de nombreux jeux de société à disposition. N'hésitez pas à réserver ce gîte, Pascale et Didier sont des hôtes très attentifs, divertissants, de bons conseils (culinaires et autres)... aux petits soins! Grand merci pour ce séjour inoubliable ! Violaine et John nb: they speak English!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en août entre amis dans le gîte de Pascale et Didier, En plus d’un très bon accueil et de très bons conseils, nous avons été choyés par plusieurs attentions : du Sancerre, des fromages de la région … Le gîte est très bien équipé et la région est riche de choses à faire, à voir et à boire :). Nous vous recommandons chaudement ! En plus la literie est de très bonne qualité !
