With a capacity of 4 people, mix the modern and the rustic.
It is composed of 2 rooms (in one 1 beds 140x190 and the other 2 beds 90x190), a kitchen equipped, a dining room, a room of shower, a WC, of a relaxation room (sofa, billiard, music), a covered terrace (for meals, bike shelters, storage of fishing rods ...) and a sunny terrace all close to the barbecue.
Facing south, there is a large garden closed and not private (the garden is common to our house).
Parking for parking the vehicle in front of the house, entry under video surveillance.
In season it is possible to enjoy our pool above ground.
Equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven and electric hob, coffee maker, fridge / freezer, flat screen TV, WiFi (shared connection), sofa, 3 beds, duvets, pillows, sheets, garden furniture , sunbed, sunbathing.

"Très bon séjour"
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Le gîte est très propre et bien équipé. Nous ne manquerons pas d'y revenir lors de notre passage en Normandie.

Week-end trop court pour pouvoir profiter d’une soirée en terrasse mais tout le matériel était présent. Des hôtes hyper gentils et attentionnés. Nous avons pu profiter du parc nautique très proche pour assister aux courses d’aviron FFSA (fédération française sport adapté).

"Séjour agréable dans un gîte confortable"
Merci pour votre délicate attention qui nous a permis de passer une semaine très très agréable dans votre gîte. Nous avons apprécié sa fonctionnalité, son confort, sa propreté, sa déco, ses espaces extérieurs très conviviaux (terrasse, salon de jardin et petit coin repas) idéalement situé, nous avons bénéficié d'un calme bien ressourçant.
