In an old restored farmhouse on 1.7 ha, the cottage is quietly situated on the edge of a small village in the Limousin countryside, the land of forests and water.

With easy access (5 minutes from the A20 exit 23), 10 minutes to all amenities, you are also 25 minutes from Limoges, 1 hour from Poitiers, Angoulême 1:30, 2 hours from Clermont-Ferrand, 2h40 Bordeaux, 2h50 from La Rochelle, Royan, 3 hours from Paris.

All around the cottage, you can take walk or bike the paths of resistance, courage testimony of Limoges during the 39/45 war and you can visit Oradourd sur Glane, village remained intact and witness of Nazi barbarism.
