Small, cozy and romantic gîte, ideal for a couple, with enclosed garden and terrace, not overlooked. The cottage is located opposite the café-restaurant “La Lanterne”. Baby equipment on site. Baby sitting.
Ground floor: living room with fully equipped kitchen area, wood stove (wood provided), laundry room (washing machine, dryer), WC.
Upstairs: 2nd WC, a bedroom with 2 twin 90x200 beds, a 1-person BZ and open bathroom.
Flat screen TV, Hi-Fi system, radio, DVD player, WiFi internet, landline telephone available.
Private enclosed garden of 475 m², terrace, ping-pong table, garden table and deckchairs.
Sheets provided, beds made on arrival.
Heating to be adjusted on meter reading except in high season.
Possibility of regular cleaning during the stay.
Fast WiFi (optical fiber) and landline telephone available (call only in France.)
Cot and baby equipment on request.
The cottage is located in a peaceful village, at the crossroads of Charente, Dordogne and Haute-Vienne, 3 km from the La Prèze international golf course, in a green and hilly region, surrounded by ponds and lakes, a paradise for enthusiasts birds, fishing and hunting, as well as hikers and cyclists.
Pets allowed except cats.
