This 2 bedroom cottage of approximately 55 m² on 2 levels to which can be added a 3rd bedroom on one level with its shower room, WC. (Common terrace perfect for an independent couple)
(possibility of a 5th bed on the mezzanine in the 2 bedroom gite
In a shaded and quiet enclosed park of 4000 m² with equipped playground, you have a large sheltered terrace with direct access from the kitchen, Barbecue, electric grill, deckchairs, children's play table with sand.
The corner lounge area is air-conditioned for a little quiet time
On foot from the gîte: bakery, pizza, snacks, McDonald's, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, canal, train station, shopping area, and the medieval town of St Aignan.
By car: Castles, including 3 famous ones, 20 minutes away. museums, aquatic centers. No time to do everything :)

"Très bons moments en famille"
Gîte fonctionnel, literie confortable et très proche du zoo. Accueillis dans la bonne humeur, nous nous sommes très vite sentis comme à la maison. Nous étions 8 dont 1 enfant de 2 ans et nous avons tous pu profiter !
Le seul regret a été de ne pas pouvoir profiter du terrain de pétanque une fois la nuit tombée ;)

"Très bon séjour"
Accueil très chaleureux, cadre très joli. Coin jeux pour les enfants. On avais pris le gîte avec option d une chambre en plus très pratique, mon fils de 20 ans était heureux dans son petit coin

Si vous désirez vous retrouver en famille pour un séjour au calme et très proche du zoo, voici la bonne adresse. Gites au top, avec beaucoup de possibilité de couchage, literie très bien et extérieur très agréable. L'accueil est agréable et souriant

"chalet a Noyers sur Cher"
séjour de 3 nuits dans ce chalet réservé pour visite et en particulier le Zoo de Beauval. Fonctionnel,très propre,super accueuil de la part de Karine. cette location est super pratique si vous décidez de visiter la région. Proche du zoo et des chateaux vous serez au calme pour vous reposer le soir. Idéale pour 2 personnes. Luc et Anne MARIE L par contre je n'ai pas eu l 'occasion de me connecter au wifi je pense que vous devriez afficher le code acces avec la commande tv. Petit détail. Merçi pour cet agréable séjour Bonne continuation
