Magnificent modern house of 200m² with a 180° view over the Rully vineyards.

Our house is very pleasant and spacious for a maximum group of 11 adult people or 12 people including an additional child.
Pets are not accepted.
Our cottage is located on the Burgundy wine route 15 minutes from Beaune and Chalon-sur-Saône.

Our cottage "sweet home of the vines" consists of 5 bedrooms with very good quality bedding (possibility of modular beds following couple or individual. Ask me).
These rooms are spread over 3 levels, the living rooms are spacious, bright and air-conditioned. A large fenced garden with an outdoor barbecue, and a pizza oven available and a jacuzzi.

Our house has a petanque court and a jacuzzi with a capacity of 4 to 6 people. The jacuzzi is in operation as soon as you arrive and on request.

The places are quiet by the dead end and without vis-à-vis.
The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC, an open kitchen (summer), a large hall, a veranda and a terrace allowing you to have lunch of your choice inside the house, in the veranda or terrace. On the veranda side, you have the barbecue, pizza oven, jacuzzi and pétanque court in a completely fenced and well-oriented garden to enjoy the sun and the light for as long as possible during the day.

The 1st floor has 1 bedroom, a large kitchen (winter), living room, dining room, bathroom and separate WC.

The top floor has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is family and a WC.
Full equipment is provided for families with babies. (2 cots, changing table, high chair, activity mat, deckchair, baby and children's toys).
For teenagers or adults, a small football table is available.

The village of Rully has several shops, including a mini-market, a restaurant, 1 bakery, and a hairdresser. All its amenities are 5 minutes from the house on foot.
Activities :
- Possibility of hiking starting from the house (Remenot mountain on the garden side),
- Bike rides on the greenway 5 minutes from the house. Possibility of booking bicycles including electric bicycles with Bourgogne Evasion (ask me for the contact)
- Possibility fishing nearby.
