Résidence Mer et Golf Fort Socoa offers free on-site parking and an outdoor swimming pool. It is located 400 metres from Socoa sandy beach and the shops in Urrugne, near Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Basic free WiFi access is available. Full access is available at an extra cost.

The studios and apartments at the Mer et Golf offer a TV, and terrace with garden table and chairs. Each has a fully equipped kitchen that includes a kettle and a dishwasher.
