Completely renovated early 2015, you will enjoy your stay in the heart of Burgundy Puisaye on the wine route, between Beaune and Chablis; near the castle of Guédelon unavoidable.
Located in the center of Charny, you can enjoy the city to the country.

The house: Sleeps 10

• Ground floor:
Large open room 80 m² including a kitchen open to the dining room, a double room with a sofa bed for 2 and access to the garden.
Separate toilet and bathroom with shower and toilet on the ground floor.
Total sleeping ground floor: 2 people

• 1st floor:
One bedroom 2 with ensuite bathroom and toilet (Baroque Room)
2 rooms for 2 persons (Nordic House and Mirrors)
1 bedroom for 2 people with no water (Butterfly House)
On the same floor, a bathroom with separate shower and toilet.
Total sleep: 8 people

The apartment sleeps 13
• 2nd floor:
1 bedroom for 2 people (House Coccoon) with adjoining water point and an extra sofa bed for one / two children.
1 bedroom for 2 people (English Room)
1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds or 4 people (Smile House)
1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed and a double bed (140x190) or 4 people (POP Room)
On the same floor: 1 bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
Total beds: 12/14 people

Total cottage and apartment: 22/24 people to rent together or separately

All our beds are 2 places 160x190 except one mentioned in above description. The single beds are 90x190
Spacious rooms; ability to add your own cots in the rooms.

The garden:
Covering an area of 300 m², you have access to the garden from inside the house and access outside the house. Enclosed garden, sunny and calm in the city center.

Location close:
The cottage is situated in the heart of the village. 200m walk you have access to all the shops: bakeries, bookstores, restaurants and cafés, various shops, banks, tourist office, supermarket and grocery store, laundry ... you will find a large park with pond and 800m playground for your walks.
On Sunday morning, you can stroll to the market that takes place in the central hall 200m.

What to bring: cleaning products, consumable goods, tea towels, towels, sheets if not rented (though we let them draw sheets on the beds)

Breakfast:
We propose to give you breakfast every morning buffet.
This will be installed on the bar located between the kitchen and the dining room (delivery time to fix together - Delivery for a minimum of 8 small lunch).
Buffet: fresh baguettes (1/4 per person), 2 mini pastries per person (croissants mix - chocolate bread and raisin bread), nature white cheese, fruit salad, ham and cheese tray (± 1 slice each / person), butter, jam, sugar, honey, chocolate spread. Coffee, tea, hot and cold milk, fruit juices
Price: 8 € per person (adult fare; children: contact us)

Catering service:
We can deliver all types of dishes and buffets for lunch or dinner.
Ex:
- Parts delivery for a cocktail aperitif cocktails
- Wine tasting - cheese and salami of the region
- Cold buffet and / or hot
- Unique food in tartiflette, paella, cassoulet, sautéed meat sauce, sauerkraut (land or sea), mushroom risotto and chicken, coq au vin, ham with Chablisienne ...
- Catering service for a more elaborate lunch or dinner
