Halfway between the ZOO of Beauval, the Futuroscope and the castles of the Loire, this 83m2 gite is the promise of a successful stay in Indre-et-Loire. In addition to its geographical location, which offers a multitude of sites to visit, it invites you to enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation, whether with the heated outdoor swimming pool in the summer, or in the wellness area, where you can book a private SPA session.

9*4 heated swimming pool during the summer period (June, July and August depending on the weather). Swimming pool to be shared with the tenants of the other 2 Gites for 4 and 2 people). Private deckchairs per gite. Swimming pool secured by a cover with bars and an alarm.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms each with a private bathroom (shower and WC). The third being independent and accessible from the outside via an old stone staircase (bodyguard on one side only).

- Slate bedroom 17m² with four-poster bed 160*200, private bathroom 9m² with 2 sinks, shower 80*100 and WC. Flat screen. Bedroom accessible by a 2/4 turning staircase. (First level).

- Rubble stone bedroom 15 m² with 140*190 bed. Private bathroom 4 m2 (accessible via 1 step) with 1 basin, shower 90*90 and WC. Flat screen. Bedroom accessible by a 2/4 turning staircase. (Second level).

- Dungeon room 15 m² with 2 beds 90*190, private bathroom 4m2 with 1 basin, shower 80*80 and WC. Flat screen. (Access by an old stone exterior staircase with 1 bodyguard on one side only).

On the ground floor, living room with fitted kitchen area (induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker).
Private wooden terrace located behind the gite with dining area/barbecue.
