Located in the town of Grabels, 2 steps from Montpellier, in a luxury villa, our independent studio has a capacity of 2-3 people (2 adults and 1 child).
You will find yourself 3 km from Montpellier and 17 km from the beaches, in a calm and relaxing environment on the edge of the pine forest. At the gates of the Hérault hinterland, the location of our site allows a multitude of walks and visits.
Public transport at 300 m.
The studio offers an area of 20 m²: a main room, a kitchen area, a shower room and WC.
The studio consists of a single room, WITHOUT a separate bedroom
Private terrace of 25 m² + garden
At your disposal :
- Sleeps 2 people (click clack) and extra baby or child bed on request
- Air conditioning, heating

"super ! séjour agréable"
Des hôtes très accueillants et chaleureux, studio impeccable, bien équipé, propre. Il est facile de se rendre à Montpellier autant en transport en commun qu’en voiture, site très bien desservi. Rien à dire, super séjour !

"Superbe gîte reposant"
Super gite ! Très propre et bien équipé, ce studio est adapté pour un couple ou une famille avec enfant en bas âge. Le vrai point positif de ce gite est sa localisation, pas loin de Montpellier mais dans un village tranquille. Accueil très chaleureux, c’est plaisant.
