Hiking trailsIn Auvergne, southwest of the central massif in Cantal, farm cottage with private fishing in the pond located 250 meters from the cottage: beautiful populations of fish: carp, roach, perch, tench, etc.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room equipped with a sofa.
The rooms with a soothing atmosphere offer calm and rest,
The bathroom: shower, sink, and separate toilet.
FISHING at the private pond offers moments of pure happiness in the countryside, fishing guaranteed: carp, perch, roach, tench...
The terrace is directly connected to the garden: deck chairs, barbecue and garden furniture are available.
Only one animal allowed at the cottage: €15.
For your comfort the cottage has heating.
Please note that there is a second chalet on the plot.
Outdoor activities are possible: hiking on site, a path leads to the private pond for fishing: a boat is provided.
In summer, swimming is possible at the beaches at Lake Saint-Étienne Cantalès located 5 minutes from the chalet: high quality natural water.
Ideal place to visit the Cantal mountains or the nearby Lot valley.
Far from the urban buzz, you can recharge your batteries like nowhere else.
The cottage is located on a farm: breeding Salers cows.
Hikes on site around the farm.
Shops are 5 km away in the town of Le Rouget: a country market is set up every Sunday morning.
