In juli en augustus verhuur ik alleen van zaterdag tot zaterdag en neem ik geen vakantiecheques aan.
Liefhebbers van oud hout, kom en ontdek onze authentieke Savoyaardse zolder uit 1898 vol charme en volledig ingericht door ons in 2015. Ideaal gelegen tussen het meer van Genève op 3 km afstand en de Chablais-bergen, huisje van 28 m² voor slechts 2 personen.
Mogelijkheid tot verhuur per week, tweewekelijks en weekend 2 of 3 dagen, prijzen op aanvraag.
Op de begane grond: de open keuken naar de woonkamer: eethoek herderstafel, kookplaat, afzuigkap, koelkast, magnetron, broodrooster, koffiezetapparaat, raclette- en fondueset, gratis WiFi …
Elektrische verwarming, op de begane grond en badkamer.
Badkamer: badmeubel, douche en toilet, haardroger,
Boven: een slaapkamer met 1 bed van 160/190 lakens, flatscreen-tv en dakraam.
Buiten: eigen parkeerplaats, beveiligde afgesloten garage voor motoren en fietsen.

In the event of cancellation of this Seasonal rental contract, the Tenant undertakes to notify the Lessor of his decision as soon as possible.
In the event of cancellation by the Tenant:
more than 30 days before the date of entry, the Lessor will return all of the deposit to the Tenant within a maximum period of one week from receipt of the notification between 30 and 15 days, the Lessor will retain all of the deposit.
Less than 15 days before the date of entry, and except in duly justified cases of force majeure, the entire amount of the rental will be acquired by the Lessor. The Tenant agrees to pay the balance of the rental amount to the Lessor within a maximum period of one week from the scheduled date of entry.
This Contract will be deemed terminated automatically and the Lessor may dispose of the rented premises: in the event that the Tenant does not show up after 8 p.m. on the day scheduled for entry, and in the absence of notification of late arrival ; in the event that the Tenant does not pay the balance of the rent or the security deposit, at the latest on the date of entry.
The total amount of the rent will remain acquired by the Lessor in the event that the Tenant decides to shorten the duration of the rental.
Any cancellation of this contract by the Lessor before the date of entry must be notified to the Tenant by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
The Lessor undertakes to immediately return double the deposit paid by the Tenant, without prejudice to any claims for damages that the latter may have against the Lessor.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires très gentil petit chalet très bien équipé très très propre jolie terrasse très beau jardin et aime les animaux honnêtement très très bon weekend merci beaucoup pour ce séjour on louera très vite on espère on vous recommande se joli châlet n hésitez pas à louer
