Appart’City is situated in the Saint Martin district of Montélimar, just a 10-minute walk from the SNCF train station. It offers apartments and studios furnished with a flat-screen TV. Free WiFi access is available.

Each of the air-conditioned apartments and studios at Appart’City Montélimar has a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and dishwasher. There is a seating and dining area, and each apartment is complete with a private bathroom including a shower.

A buffet breakfast is served daily, and can be enjoyed in the breakfast room or on one of the terraces. Breakfast is composed of various breads, including gluten-free crispbread, pastries, fresh and hot beverages. Fresh fruit and fruit salad, as well as cheeses and yogurts are also provided.

Montélimar Appart’City is just a 3-minute walk to Allées Provençales shopping centre, and an hour's drive from Avignon Airport.

For stays from 7 to 27 nights, weekly cleaning is included.

Please note that guests are responsible for cleaning their kitchen area before departure. If the kitchen area is not left clean, an extra charge will apply.

For non-refundable bookings, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation with a link in order to make their payment online. For bookings of 7 nights or more, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation in order to have their credit card pre-authorised.
