Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya are both a 5-minute walk away.
Additional charges: This rate does not include the mandatory cleaning fee of EUR 30, and EUR 20 extra if arriving after 21:00 (payable locally).

The apartment measures 35 m2 and is divided in a double bedroom, a living with double sofa bed and table area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. It also has a small balcony facing the street. Housed on the 3rd floor of a typical old town building.
The apartment is 200 metres from the beach, in the heart of the former fishermen district of La Barceloneta. It is 20 minutes' walk from the famous Las Ramblas, Gothic and Born city centre districts. It is surrounded by restaurants, shops and public transport facilities.
